For creators
When will I receive the products?
Once you accept a gift and sign the posting agreement, the brand ships to your secure CreateForGifts address within a few business days. We forward it to your private address right away, so most creators have their gift in hand within one to two weeks of signing, depending on the brand's fulfillment and your location.
Will the brand ever see my real address?
No. Your home address is never shared. When you accept a gift we issue the brand a secure ship-to address with a routing code. The brand ships there, and we forward it on to you. For extra peace of mind we recommend setting up a PO Box or a non-residential address.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. Creators join, build a profile, and receive gifts for free. You only commit to the posting terms you agree to for each individual gift.
How do I get matched more often?
Verified, reliable creators get picked far more. Complete your profile, add a clear photo and your real follower counts, get verified, and share proof posts with analytics. Your follow-through rate is visible to brands and is the single biggest driver of new offers.
Do I have to post about everything I'm sent?
You only agree to post on a gift-by-gift basis. Each gift has its own posting agreement that you review and sign before accepting. If the terms don't work for you, simply decline that gift.
For brands
When will creators receive our products?
As soon as a creator signs the posting agreement we issue you a secure ship-to address. You ship to that address and we forward it to the creator privately. Plan for the creator to receive the product within one to two weeks of signing, plus your own fulfillment time.
What data do I get from creators?
For every matched creator you see their handle, follower counts, categories, linked social profiles, verification status, and a reliability score with their historical follow-through rate. After they post you get the live post links plus views, likes, comments, and shares, rolled up into per-campaign and overall analytics with an estimated earned-media value.
What happens if a creator doesn't post?
Every gift is tied to a signed, legally binding posting agreement, so expectations are clear up front. We track follow-through on each creator's profile, and a missed post lowers their reliability score, which reduces how often they match with future campaigns. You can prioritize verified, high-follow-through creators to keep your hit rate high.
How do you protect creator privacy?
Creators' real addresses are never exposed. We act as a secure broker: you ship to a coded CreateForGifts address and we forward to the creator. This keeps creators safe and keeps you compliant.
Can I run the same campaign across both marketplaces?
Yes. Onboard once and choose to list your campaign on the feminine and gender-neutral marketplace, the masculine and gender-neutral marketplace, or both. You manage everything from one dashboard.
